I took my car in to get an oil change and they didn't bother me with stuff I didn't ask for. Or you need to change this or you need to do this so you need to do that. But I did ask a question about my axle and stuff that needs to be changed, the most wonderful thing I liked about it is the fact that they brought me out to my car raise it back up so they can show me what the axle is the problem I'm having and I saw the oil leaking. Thank you for quick and wonderful service!

We were from out of town and Brittany and Destiny were incredibly helpful in getting our car A/C up and running during 90+ degree weather. They went the extra mile and got us to another of their stores that had the technology that would work with our car. Jason at the Kingston Pike location was very professional, friendly and quick and I highly recommend Service Street for your auto service needs. Very impressive.

The A/C on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 stopped blowing cold, so I got it tested with Service Street at the location off of Northshore Dr. I already had an appointment with my usual mechanic, but it was 2 weeks out, so I called Service Street and was able to be seen an hour later. After waiting a short while, I was told that they ran a dye test and discovered that my truck had a leak from 2 of the A/C lines and that it was completely out of refrigerant. For parts and labor, the estimate was over $1,100. I knew this was very overpriced, so I decided to wait the 2 weeks for my other appointment. My usual mechanic ran a dye test and said that there were NO LEAKS. Total bill was $187. If the other issues actually had been the case, my mechanic gave me an total estimate of around $550. Service Street Auto Repair - highway robbery at it's finest.
