Have you worked in retail, sales, or automotive industry? Do you have great customer service skills and can deliver outstanding customer service? Can you build relationships with customers and inform them of their needs of their vehicle whether on the phone or in person? Can you lead all aspects of everyday store and shop operations including the efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations.
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures in place with company.
  • Perform daily accounting closing and opening procedures.
  • Work closely with all personnel to ensure quality work, inspections, customer service, sales, and responsibilities are followed.
  • Act in a professional manner suitable to represent a quality organization with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting the characteristics of honesty and integrity.
  • Communication with members of corporate office.
  • Ensure store is effectively staffed by managing the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, discipline and development of employees.
  • Ensures expense control through management of payroll dollars, telephone usage, store maintenance and repairs, supplies, utilities, and other controllable expenses.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory or management experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Professional customer service experience and skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to handle pressure and think clearly in all situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with different levels of employees and customers.
