Was on long cross country drive when tire vibration issue popped up. As I was passing through Knoxville Stopped at Service Street Auto repair and dealt with Brittany.. They got me right in and found my issue. The pricing was very fair . Was back on the road quickly. Awesome shop and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this shop.

When I tell you I have the part, "we can't offer a warranty on your work" is not the right answer! Then you call me back to ask me to take down my review. How about you just install the BRAND NEW part I have purchased on my vehicle. 🤔🤔 The reason you don't have a record is you did no work....I called, you were an a$$ on the phone, then after I reviewed you immediately called me back and knew the call and BEGGED for this to be removed....enjoy closing up shop!

Incredible service and a super group of patrons! Had a basic oil change and it was fast and efficient. Scott was a great service-tech. As a side note, I loved chatting with the customers in the waiting area. What an incredible and colorful group, ranging from the old-timer pool player to the retired Miami PD homicide detective. What a morning!
