Went in for a motor change out. They would call every couple of days saying they needed to buy more parts. Then they told us the transmission needed to be replaced although we had never had any issues with the transmission. They tried to sell us a motor that they sourced for double what I could purchase one for so that they would warranty it, so I said no I’ll get the motor, and thank goodness I did because I had learned that they don’t stand behind their warranties. However they did source the transmission through them, which is having problems now less than a year later. I called them about it and they refused to honor any warranty because it wasn’t brought back in for a recheck in 10 days. They never told us it had to be brought back for a recheck in order for them to honor the warranty. Basically this place will rip you off and will not stand behind their work. They charged four times what estimate was. Be careful who you take your vehicle to.

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience and we are sorry to hear it wasn't to your satisfaction. After further review the engine was customer provided. The shop supplied the transmission. On the invoice provided it states transmission and engine repairs/replacements come with a 6 month/12,000-mile warranty and require a 10 day recheck at this location or the warranty will be voided. This warranty does not cover maintenance and/or unrelated repairs. All customer supplied parts come with no warranty. The vehicle wasn't brought back for the 10 day recheck and unfortunately the transmission is out of the warranty range as the services provided was July of 2022. Please feel free to reach out to the shop or the general manager about any additional concerns that you may have.

First of all the positives, the staff very courteous and very clean front end of the business and clean, neat customer waiting room. I went in to have a power window repaired as a quit working. The negative was it was $697.34 almost $700 to have my window fixed, they did charge a $159 diagnostic fee. OK I get that if I decide not to have them fix my car I pay them $159 for their time and effort. However if I decide to go with the project that $159 should be included in the total bill to fix the window, not an additional $159 besides labor and materials. I don’t know when this changed but I feel I am due a credit for $159. Every garage I’ve ever went to, or they charged a diagnostic fee, and I agreed to have them do the work that she was included with the total bill not an additional charge. Thank you Greg Popp.

Thank you for leaving a review and letting us know of your recent experience. After further review the shop advised the Diagnostic was a separate charge and was not told by us that it was included in the work. All work including the Diagnostic was approved and the vehicle issue was fixed. Please feel free to reach out to the shop or the general manager about any additional concerns that you may have.

Very prompt start, worked quickly to change oil, pointed out other items that need to be addressed at some point in the future, but did not pressure me to do it with them or at that time.

I've been going here for the last several years for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., and have always been happy enough. But this time it seemed everything was exceptionally clean, and even more attention had been given to making the entire area warm and welcoming. The customer service was also exceptional, especially Destiny -- she was a jewel! This location (Northshore Drive) is super handy to where I live, so it's awesome to have a place that treats you incredibly well that you can trust within 5 minutes of where you live!
