Brought my caddy in about a couple of months ago due to an idle issue and general service after purchasing a used car. I am not mechanically inclined, and they explained the issues and what needed to be fixed, so I agreed. After waiting a week or two to get the car back (they were very busy at the time so this was no issue on their end) the alignment was more messed up then before (Deville has wheel guards so it is difficult to change alignment, but they are mechanics so expected a little higher quality of work). The next day I started my vehicle and it died , due to the same idling issue I brought the car in for. Yes, I am sure the owner will say that I could have brought the vehicle back in. However if I am paying over 2000 dollars for repairs, I expect the car to at least come back in better shape then it went in. I am not mechanically inclined, and I was disappointed that I put my trust in them. Understand this could have been a one time mistake, so do not judge the entire shop off of that. Just thought I ought to share my experience.
