Price gougers! And I had to bring my vehicle in 2x for them to fix it correctly.....where's the quality control?? Cost me 2000.00+ dollars so it should have been fixed right the first time.....I recommend a good ma and pa shop u can trust they actually depend on repeat customers and by word of mouth. Check around you can find honest mechanics but it's not easy!

Sir we see this review has been left on all locations, the Farragut location is where you had work done so we will continue reaching out from there.

Ralphs Automotive fixed our rear differential it drives like new again. He had told us when we brought it in that he might not get all the whining noise fixed but he was able to make it sound just like it is supposed to (very happy customer). He had it fixed when he told us it would be fixed. He charged what he told us it would cost (no extra charges). Was very happy with the service and would use them again.

My brakes were making a weird noise while driving and coming to a stop. Like a grinding noise. So I took it in and within a few hours they had figured out the issue. I needed some new brake drums and bushings and a couple other things. They explained to me how they had been rusting and could cause major problems if not fixed. I blame numerous Chicago winters for the rust and damaged. They were able to get the parts the next morning and I had my car by end of day. Car has drove great since the repair and the noise is gone. Very professional and nice to deal with. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Thank you for the great review Aaron! We're glad we could help overcome all those Chicago winters.

Todd, John and Mike are an all-star team. This is a newer shop in the area that may be one of the best kept secrets in the Northshore area. They are friendly, convenient, honest, available and deserving of your trust. I have taken both of my cars there several times and they have always done right by me. As a BG service center they have a ton to offer in long-term preventative maintenance.

Thank you for the review Aaron! We're glad you trust us with all of your vehicles. Hopefully we wont' stay a secret for long!

Horrible experince! I took my car there because it was over heating, they called me back said they had to replace the radiator, they quoted me nearly $900.00. I called around got the EXACT radiator they were going to put on it for me, install, labor parts walked out the door paid: $364.90.. I understand a company needs to make profits, but this was insane. I'm sure they do a good job, but they are too over priced, check around. I went with Vol Radiator Service on Middlebrook Ave.

The $900 estimate included OEM equivalent radiator, cooling system flush, 2 drive belts, upper radiator hose, new clamps, and radiator cap. This price also included labor to replace all parts and sales tax. All of our work comes with a 3 year or 36,000 mile nationwide warranty. The service writer offered to shop for lesser priced options, however, customer refused all options and took vehicle. customer was provided a free estimate. Just wanted to make sure we are comparing apples to apples!

Took my car here after the local BMW dealership said I had all kinds of oil leaks that needed immediate repair. After Matt showed me the areas the dealer noted with a flashlight, it was clear I had NO oil leaks. Saved me over $3,000.00. Since then I have been a regular here. Always friendly, quality service at a competitive price. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Thank you Tim for always coming back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My girlfriend took her truck there for a simple oil change. While there they said that the water pump needed to be replaced. (it doesn't) Not only that they said the timing belt needed to be replaced. You can't even check the timing belt without removing the cover and various other parts. We know the timing belt was fine because it was just replaced at the dealership. This place is so obviously trying to take money from people by suggesting repairs that do not need to be done. WARNING THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO ROB YOU!

Edward, we only recommend services that we find during inspection, while some of these may be preventative measures we understand that the customer may not want to make these repairs at the time and this is why we will always ask for approval before performing any work on a vehicle. We are sorry to hear you didn't find your time with us satisfactory but do hope that you'll give us another chance and be pleasantly surprised in the future.
