I find it funny they post a picture from the other side & not from what we have to look at everyday. Dumpster with no doors as promised, area with no grass, trailers & equipment parked everywhere, rocks piled up in parking lot. All things they advised they would not do when they opened. If I can't trust them at their word I certainly would not trust them with my car or anything else.
Good Morning Mr. Carr, You may complain about the aesthetics of my facility as you wish. What you have failed to mention is we have cleaned up a pile of rocks and overgrown shrubs from the front of our facility to prepare for landscaping which will be completed this fall, as summer is not the time to landscape. We have redone the drainage at our facility to help with water standing on Hart Rd. Until we are certain the problem is properly fixed we are not going to seed grass. We have equipment at our facility as we are cleaning our property down to the lake so our customers and the community can come fish and relax while they have their vehicles serviced. We have several community members, young and old, that come to fish. We believe this will also give you a better view of the lake from your property as well. You may not complain about my actual business though as you have never been a customer at my facility. We have never had a vehicle of yours in any of our locations. You have been in my facility with raised voices complaining to my team members in front of my customers, you have left a few reviews and Facebook posts with complaints, but you have no valid reason to complain about my business as you are not a customer.
