Horrible. Dropped my overheating car off at this place and had an 8:00 appointment. Didn't start working on it till later in the day. I had to call twice just to find out what the issue was. They made no effort to contact me. Then quoted me $2,600 to replace a water pump and thermostat, which is outrageous. 2 days later car is still not done. They said they had to wait on a special tool just for this particular car. My car is just a Pontiac G6. Not a special or foreign car. Replacing a water pump may not be a simple job but no way should it take over 10 plus hours and $2,600! Be weary of this place.

Friendly. However, called for some quotes on basic services and they said they couldn't without seeing the car.

Thank you Jeremy!

Took truck in to have new ECM programed to module's after 1800.00 dollars and new PCM truck was in limp mode tech said I need a new TCM for another 1600.00 took it to dealer found out program for transmission was missing from new ECM . Bought a new ECM and it fixed the problem. I will not recommend them to anyone needing work done. In my opinion their tech dosent know what they are doing.

They changed some suspension parts on my F150. The work was fine but they charged me for parts that weren’t replaced. When I called them out on it they got defensive until we put it up on the lift and I pointed out what I was charged for and the clearly old part that was still there. Then they got all apologetic after their attitude with me and offered me 5 free oil changes. Screw that. Keep your oil changes. I wouldn’t go back if it was the last place in town. Their excuse was that the mechanic left the part on his box and didn’t realize he didn’t change it. So when it was all done and that mechanic saw that new part, what did he do to correct it. NOTHING. HE LET IT GO AND HOPED I WOULDNT NOTICE. Most would not have caught it but I’m a mechanic as well. Just didnt have time to do the job myself. This place will rip you off. Do not go whatever you do.
