Where do you go when you can't trust a dealership? My family has gone to Ralph for as long as I can remember. Both my parents and I are mechanically inclined so we do most everything ourselves. There is always a point in time where it's beyond our skill level. In this case we don't hesitate to take it to Ralph. When I moved out of town I tried finding another mechanic when I was in need. I tried 3 different shops for different jobs and ended up back under my vehicle fixing and torquing what they cut corners on. I even had a dealership break a part and then tell me it was the issue I bought it in for. When my truck left the dealership with a new problem and half a tank of fuel lighter, I decided it was time to trailer it to Ralph. I never worry about if he does the job right because that is what his whole business is built on, honesty and craftsmanship.
