Nope! Not leaving my car with them. Didn't trust them. They price it based on what they think they can get out of you, not based on a set price per item. Took my car elsewhere for half of what they wanted.

Matt is a great service writer. He is very transparent, helpful and also trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with him because nowadays it is hard to find an honest person in the world. Thank you Matt, and I won't hesitate to to business with you guys as well as refer others to you.

The service was prompt and friendly, explaining exactly what work would be done and the cost. They kept me posted at milestones in the work and gave me the choice on how to proceed. Very professional.

It was detailed in explanation of everything and the service was good but did take a little longer than I anticipated.They quoted me an estimate on fixing my a brakes with rotors and pads and I believe it's well over what I can pay at a couple other places. They also seem to charge a lot for 2 extra quarts of oil in the oil change.

The people are cordial, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, they wanted to charge me $912 to replace my radiator hoses. Every mechanic in town has laughed their head off when I mention this. Searching online the most that repair should cost is $500. Sad to see that they hide these price gouging behind smiling faces. If you didn't know to get a second opinion you would end up paying 2-3 times what any other mechanic would charge.

I wanted to edit this review because after speaking with the owner, Nathan, I feel my concern was not only addressed professionally but corrected beyond my expectations. I took my truck back in for service and the crew took care of the issue immediately. I appreciate the honesty and transparency. Thank you! Got a flat tire while on the road. Staff was incredibly kind, immediately took a look and patched the tire and remounted it. Cannot say enough good things!!!

Had an issue on an older car. They were able to get me in same day PM. Worked the issue for us and just to make sure took thee test drives

Been taking my vehicles there for years (back when was First Auto). Always quick, friendly and fair. Would recommend buying your own parts to save some $ but their service is great.
