Convenient! My husband called for a price “he wasn’t happy with” but for them to say bring it now was convenient for us. I was able to my car off on lunch and it was done when I got off. Staff was friendly which makes for good customer service. “Aligned yesterday and New tires today”

I called to get an appointment for an oil change and the gentleman asked if I could come then. I told him I could be there in 10-15mins. Once I got there, I waited almost TWO hours for an oil change. Had I known it would take that long, I would have waited for a different time as I had another appointment to get tires 30mins away and was late. (I got there at 9:50am and left at 11:30am) This is not the first time it has taken this long. I bought an oil change package with several for one price. When I go for an oil change, that is the only service I expect to get but they always check everything over and want to up sell or tell you something else needs to be done...such as them telling me my tires were bald and I already knew that and was taking care of it. It is frustrating when all I want is an Oil Change. The guy b3hind the counter was super nice though and was newer, so with him there now, maybe things will change.

I got an oil change here. i got an appointment for the very next day and scheduling was super quick. staff was super friendly and they were done in 20 minutes. will definitely be coming back here for any of my auto needs

The guys at soleway gave me a great price, service and were fast and friendly!!!! I will definitely be take all of my vehicles there in the future! And recommend them to anyone looking for an HONEST AND AFFORDABLE shop take your vehicles to these guys!

The service was done quickly, within almost 24 hours from drop off. I had ac blowing cold the next day!

5 stars to Service Street!! I am so grateful. My tire had picked up a nail and I called Ted Russell Ford to schedule service since I have done business with them for years and had just bought these tires 6 months ago. It took them 6 hours to return my call and then they wouldn’t see me for 5 days. I drove into Service Street after work and they immediately helped me. They plugged the tire and sent me on my way in 20 minutes and didn’t charge me. I will be returning to them.

Yet another great visit. Why would you use a quick oil change place that will charge 2-3 times for the same service? Love this place. Thank you.
