My lifeline aka my Car unexpectedly got rock damage to my a/c condenser. Took her in asap and as busy as they were, squeezed me in and gave me a diagnosis. They were very helpful and took care of me at such short notice. Hopefully my vehicle will be back to top performance again soon.

Our van stopped changing gears on the highway while headed back to Michigan. All things considered, we were fortunate the next exit took us to Farragut, TN and a Google search led us to Service Street. Everyone there was professional and courteous, and their complementary Lyft service was an unexpected blessing as we were already dealing with unexpected car repairs and another hotel stay. They were upfront with their pricing. We’re headed back to Michigan and grateful for their service.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They showed me some wear on tires meaning tires needed replaced and an alignment done. They recommended not rotating the tired. They could've rotated them and charged me and I'd been none the wiser. They were very honest and professional. Pointed out a couple more items. Did not pressure me into anything.

Had a oil and filter change and waited quite some time when I got home realized there was oil leaking all over my concrete driveway in front of my garage after investigation found the oil pan bolt was only hand tightened and oil sprayed all under my truck very disappointed

Brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9am for a diagnostic check. Around 2pm I called to check on the status. I was told by the woman who answered a technician was looking at the vehicle right now and they would call me back soon. Around 4pm I happened to be driving by and noticed the vehicle was parked exactly where I dropped it off in the morning. I went back to the shop to check on it. I was told that they hadn’t had a chance to look at it yet and they asked me if I wanted to come back for another appointment. No thanks. I wasn’t up for waisting more of my time. I was more disappointed that I was lied to earlier in the day that my vehicle was being looked at. If you have an appointment, please honor it and don’t over schedule.

It took them 2 days before they took a look at it. Then I had a coupon for a free brake check & they charged me $177.83
