First of all the positives, the staff very courteous and very clean front end of the business and clean, neat customer waiting room. I went in to have a power window repaired as a quit working. The negative was it was $697.34 almost $700 to have my window fixed, they did charge a $159 diagnostic fee. OK I get that if I decide not to have them fix my car I pay them $159 for their time and effort. However if I decide to go with the project that $159 should be included in the total bill to fix the window, not an additional $159 besides labor and materials. I don’t know when this changed but I feel I am due a credit for $159. Every garage I’ve ever went to, or they charged a diagnostic fee, and I agreed to have them do the work that she was included with the total bill not an additional charge. Thank you Greg Popp.
Thank you for leaving a review and letting us know of your recent experience. After further review the shop advised the Diagnostic was a separate charge and was not told by us that it was included in the work. All work including the Diagnostic was approved and the vehicle issue was fixed. Please feel free to reach out to the shop or the general manager about any additional concerns that you may have.
