Very prompt start, worked quickly to change oil, pointed out other items that need to be addressed at some point in the future, but did not pressure me to do it with them or at that time.

I've been going here for the last several years for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., and have always been happy enough. But this time it seemed everything was exceptionally clean, and even more attention had been given to making the entire area warm and welcoming. The customer service was also exceptional, especially Destiny -- she was a jewel! This location (Northshore Drive) is super handy to where I live, so it's awesome to have a place that treats you incredibly well that you can trust within 5 minutes of where you live!

Please. Let’s not go there. I’m just glad I didn’t need a wrecker to remove my “repaired” vehicle from their premises. It will unfortunately have to remain parked until I can financially recover from their incompetence. Then I will have to find a professional mechanic. There’s nothing quite like bringing a smooth running vehicle to a shop and leaving with a rough running one. Having a working part changed for over a grand and being told they fixed a problem you hadn’t brought the vehicle in for. To top it off they even printed on the receipt I wasn’t concerned with what was fixed,(specifically). Like what the heck are they doing marketing themselves as mechanics. Perhaps a different career choice is in order. Because, mechanics definitely isn’t their forte. May I suggest something in the fast food industry. Somewhere with a simple limited menu.

Scott did an outstanding job answering questions, and gave me a clear description of my recommended OEM PM work on my Honda.

My lifeline aka my Car unexpectedly got rock damage to my a/c condenser. Took her in asap and as busy as they were, squeezed me in and gave me a diagnosis and set up an appointment to repair. I’m going back tomorrow. Life savers. They were very helpful and took care of me at such short notice. Hopefully my vehicle will be back to top performance again soon.
