Worst experience ever. This establishment used to have solid customer service minded individuals that took care of you. Seems like the owners are jacking up prices to line there pockets. Received an estimate of AC repairs of 1,600 and another local shop with the same 3 year warranty and replacing everything that first choice was and the repair was 800. Bunch of theifs!

Great service! I was in and out within 30 mins. Price is way more reasonable than the “big guys.” I would highly recommend the Northshore First Choice over anyone else. Definitely will be making this place my long term go to.
