10/10 would not recommend. Not an honest company nor a good one. I wouldn’t let anyone I know take their car to this joke of a repair shop even for an oil change.

This is my first review because usually I am pretty easy to please and indifferent on most situations. My wife recently went to this location for a TPMS sensor because she had read good things and it was close to her work. I came to find out they charged her almost 3 times as much money as what it should cost! This price was not even close to competitive and I am unsure if she was taken advantage of or if that was standard. Her TPMS light actually came on the same day after she had left. We thought it might be another sensor so I took it to Discount Tire because I know their price and did not want to pay First Choice $200 for another. The problem actually was that First Choice did not know how to program the sensor that they had replaced. So Discount Tire reprogrammed the sensor and fixed the warning light (no charge). So First choice charged way too much and did not even finish the job. EDIT Changed to 4 stars: The regional manager and I talked on the phone and they made up for the errors with some upcoming service deals because of the labor cost and not resetting correctly. Nathan was very nice and willing to work with us. Still 4 stars because I believe the sensor part price was a little much (he said they use OEM but she wasnt given an option) and we also still had the issue.
