While the promotional postcards they send out make claims that the business is “sanitary,” it is anything but. When I walked in, none of the employees were wearing masks and their appeared to be no attempt to encourage social distancing. There were people sitting in the waiting room without masks as well. Given that most businesses now require masks, and COVID-19 cases are in the rise here, this clearly communicates to me, a repeat customer, that they do not care about protecting the health of those they serve. Next time I need auto service I’ll consider going elsewhere.
