I needed a part replacement. The initial replacement had an issue through no fault of First Choice Automotive. They replaced the part fully covered under warranty. And triple-checked to make sure we wouldn't have the issue we have the first time. They did so with integrity and ethics, which is frankly all that matters in this day and age.

Very professional and courteous staff. A little pricey but did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly service staff. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong info for my repair. They gave me a estimate for $545 for the wrong work. I declined the service and completed it myself which was not the correct problem. I asked if the transmission was bad and they said no which was the right fix for the problem. Very disappointed to receive such a high cost repair and it not be remotely correct. I visited the S. Northshore location.
