The lady that answered the phone was not very professional and not helpful at all.... More on the rude side. Just moved into the area and live close to Ralphs and I called them the other day and asked if my car could be towed there today because it's not starting. The lady that answered the phone informed me that they are two weeks out....so I asked her if she could recommend or know any places since I'm new to the area. She just kind of laughed and just said well I can't do that we don't do that so she was absolutely no help. No customer service skills..... So I can't really judge the mechanics

My first visit. I called and got right in. They really seem to care about you. Pricing great and they tell you everything they need to do and show you what's wrong and what they did.They dont try to RIP you off. I'll be giving First Choice Automotive all my Auto work.

We have been blown away by the quality of the service we’ve received over the course of two years. One time we needed our car for a long trip the next day. Their team worked late and delivered the car to our home in the pouring rain! Another time a manager gave us great advice about checking with the dealer about potential engine defects. When we asked that question to the dealer, the dealer offered to replace our engine. We would have never known about that had the First Choice manager not suggested it. When we go to First Choice, we feel like they are consulting us instead of trying to sell us something. We appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude. This is the best auto repair shop we’ve ever encountered.

I walked in on a weekend evening needing a patched tire. I expected to leave my tire until at least the next day for the fix, but the team was able to get the job done within 30 minutes. Will be back for other repairs!
