Good people, close to home. It’s really my first choice. Check it yourself, I used it since the place was built.

I just have to say this team really went above and beyond the call of duty when they worked on my car these past couple of days. The entire team was professional and actually cared. Special mention goes to the main man MIKE who worked tirelessly to make sure I got to drive my car safely again. The service coordinators did a hands down solid job keeping me updated during the entire process. Hey Nathan, I heard you’re the regional manager; give these guys a raise next time you see them yeah? Keep up the absolutely fantastic work guys! -Your new forever customer.

First choice automotive put the wrong oil in my Mom's 2012 Lexus Hybrid and were adamantly defending that they put the right oil in. Thankfully the regional manager was there and corrected the situation and even gave the oil change for free. I really appreciated that and I would have left an okay review, but then I heard that employee "Henry Ball" (guy that was on the ticket not certain it was him specifically) tried to convince my Mom that her shocks were worn out and she was in danger while driving. I checked them myself and they are perfectly fine and go figure it's a 2012 Lexus with hardly any miles! Oh and they wanted 800 for the shocks to be replaced. Now they could be a great company and place of business, but the man that helped my Mom tried to take advantage of her lack of knowledge of cars and I do not respect any man who does that to a woman. Will never give them business again, but I will write an update on this review if the employee that tried to scam my Mom is no longer working there.
