They say they will have it done in 3 hours 3 days later they told me that what they fix wasn't the problem after they said they diagnosed it and wanted to charge me $100 diagnosis speed just to tell me something else was wrong with it they seemed extremely "dope feigning" and I will never trust them with nothing else I own I wouldn't allow them to fix a bicycle

Very friendly and courteous. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the service was complete before I needed to pick up my child at school. They also helped me with the price!

We appreciate the nice review Jim!

Got my oil changed with their 5pack special. Quick simple, and they informed me on a few other things I needed to get done completenwith quotes. Little pricey when it comes to labor, but the 5pk really has helped this year. 10/10 would reccomend.

Thank you Sabrina!

Just moved here from IL in a car that needed a new wheel bearing and, likely, tire rod. I had put it off as long as I could but was always nervous driving around and decided I needed to bite the bullet. Just calling First Choice I could hear their customer service skills shine through over the phone. I take a nice environment over all else and went in for my free quote. It was only 30 min to be told less needed done than thought and they could have it done in 2 hours. Yes please. They were cheaper, more knowledgeable, and more personable than the first place I called so I was sold. Driving away my car was finally quiet and I now feel safe driving through those mountains for work. I've been in this state 3 weeks and I found my mechanic!! Thanks guys!!

Nicole, thank you so much for the great review. We look forward to seeing you again in the future!

I have used this location since they opened and they always treated me well, up until now I had given them a 5 star rating. My father-in-law also used them for at least general maintenance before he passed away a few months ago. As such, when my mother-in-law broke down on the side of the road I had her vehicle towed here. Over the course of conversations they found out my father-in-law had passed away and that I was trying to help my MIL get this taken care of. When they first looked at it they gave me their diagnostics and said it would be around $400 to fix, a spark plug had blown out and they would need to helicoil in a new one. (4.6L ford engine if you care) The next day the day I was passed off to the supposed regional manager named Rick, who I dealt with the rest of the time, who said it would really be be $600 plus tax but for $800 I could get some other maintenance items taken care of (new spark plugs for the other cylinders and ignition coils) but didn’t get a good explanation for the $200 increase. Felt weird so I called around to a few shops to get a ballpark price and it seemed close enough to not warrant towing somewhere else and Rick kept assuring me this was the right thing to do, the Ford engines are bulletproof and such so I greed to the $800. After getting the repair supposedly made the engine still wasn’t right(they said it blew the Helicoil instantly which neither I nor anyone I know has ever heard of happening if it was done right) and now I was it needed a new head or a complete new engine for either almost $5k or $7k. Well now we are getting it towed somewhere else, they tell my MIL that she has to pay the balance before they can release it, fair enough, and that the balance was $1120 so she hangs up and tells me. I call back and all talk to the same person, Rick, and after a moment he asks to call me back in a few min. When he calls back he said they were charging for some services they didn’t do and he took them off, so they were very willing to overcharge a widow almost $300. Suffice to say we won’t be back for any kind of repair (I have prepaid for over $200 worth of oil changes that I am probably going to walk way from as well) and if I had a way to dispute what they claim to have done, I would.

Thank you for leaving a review and letting us know of your recent experience. The regional manager will be in contact with you in 24-48 hours to help resolve your concerns.
