My car broke down right after my engine light came on, and I took it in on a Saturday morning. They were personable and courteous, found the issue within about 30 minutes, and my car was a spring chicken by early afternoon. I hopefully won’t need to return soon, but there’s a reason they’re called First Choice!

I had previously had a great experience using FCA which is why I chose to go there again today. My car was brought back and inspected and then I was quoted a price. After sharing the quoted price with my husband and doing research on the average cost of what should be paid I learned that they were going to charge me 300+ more dollars than I should be paying. I confronted the man with my concerns about pricing.While sharing that information with the man who quoted the original price ,the manager overheard and was able to get the price down to a more reasonable range. I’m very thankful that the manager made it right , but super disappointed that the first man I spoke with didn’t do the same. I felt like I was being swindled because I’m a woman , which is unfortunate. The quality of their work seems to be great but the interaction that I had before the work even began was a huge turn off. I don’t know if I’ll be returning there for future service.

Took delivery from tire rack, and offered same day tire install.

They got us in on short notice and performed a pre-purchase inspection on a used car in under an hour.
