This was the WORST experience I have ever had for a car repair! My BMW 3 series car was taken there last week for a “diagnostic” service to see why there were some warning lights coming on. After a 3 hour wait and a $300 repair bill where they flushed the radiator based on their diagnostic analysis, they proclaimed the car was fixed. The very next day the same warning lights came on again. I took the car back and they said it needed an oil change and a new battery in order to be fixed. I agreed to that service but then I got a phone call later that day where they claimed I also needed a new starter for an additional $1100.00. I told them to not do that work and I would be by to pick up the car to take it to another service place for a second opinion. When I got to First Choice, the car would not even start up. I took the car to them and it was running. Now it isn’t. They rolled my car out of their garage and closed up shop while I was left outside waiting on a tow truck. Alone. There was yet another bill for the battery ($269 labor included)plus and oil change ($70 labor included)but on top of that there is a charge of $30.57 for “fees” which I do not understand at all. I have spent over $700 with them and my car does not run! This is the WORST car service place in town. Do NOT use them!

Very quick and a great value!

I called for the price of a basic oil change and was quoted 34.95. So I made my appointment for that for the very next day. The next day I take my car in for appointment and when I pick it up, they said it would be 64.95! And this was the same man who gave me quote day before. I told him that is not what I was quoted. He said that is the price for synthetic oil. I told him I never asked for synthetic oil. They wouldn't admit to their mistake. I also had key tag for 10.00 off and had to remind them to take it off! Never going back!

I called before I came and asked if the could get my truck right in. I told them what I needed and what year make and model. They said yes no problem bring it in. I get there and right of the bat they start asking me questions on how to change my fuel filter and start googling it. Finally said can’t do it. That’s not the issue I had the fact I sat there for 30 minutes and my truck never went in and when I asked why they told me they never had the oil for my truck and the guy who brought some to the shop only brought a few quarts and was going to have to go get more. I left. They were nice people just weren’t truthful and thought as long as they got me there I would wait. I don’t recommend this place at all.

This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with vehicle maintenance. They are so kind and helpful. They walked me through everything, worked with me on the financial aspect, told me exactly what was an issue now and what could wait. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!
