1 prior visit to this shop to fix an issue created by a “quick lube” shop brought me back. Went by after work to schedule an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. 2 service advisors were present. 1 named Robert on phone with a customer and the younger one greeted me. I asked about scheduling an oil change and he asked if I wanted to have it done now. I said yes, if you can. So he wrote up the service order. I asked him about their 5 Oil Change Package since we have multiple cars in our household. He kept trying to upsell me to their Full Synthetic Package that you can go longer (I think he said 7500 miles) between Oil Changes. It was $300 for the Synthetic for 5 Oil Changes. I told him that I just wanted their “Basic” Package for $100 for 5 Oil Changes since I’m okay with changing oil every 5000 miles. This is a great value! He went ahead and communicated that to the shop technician and left a short time later. Robert wound up helping me as work was completed and it was time to pay for the service. He did NOT try to upsell me and even gave me a discount as we talked about my prior visit. I told him that I’d been a Service Advisor several years ago. My rating of this shop would be 6 Stars for Robert (the manager) and 2 Stars for the other Advisor who didn’t want to listen to what I wanted at first=4 Stars average. I’ll be back and will hopefully deal with Robert next time.

Quick and easy.

Horrible … they charged me 174 just to even look at my car . And then basically tried to steal by charging me over $1300 for something that cost me only $350 to get fixed elsewhere and lied to me about the warranty and tried to sell me their own warranty based on their labor .. the only thing good is they did it with a smile .

Staff was very friendly, informative and very straight forward and above all else, honest. Will refer anyone to have work done and will be glad to return when I need work done. AAAA+
