Very good service. Kept us aware of problems and focused on service.

While my family and I were traveling through Tennessee, going back to Virginia, the check engine light of our van started blinking. When we searched on our phone what that meant, we found out that a blinking check engine light is an urgent issue. So we started searching for the nearest repair shop that was still open. This was around 5:30 PM when most shops are closed or closing. We found First Choice in South Northshore in Knoxville, and we are just very thankful to the staff in this place, especially Brittney, Mike and Brandon for going above and beyond to make sure our van is fixed and we can continue on our travel. Mind you, they were about to close and but they stayed behind to diagnose the issue and get our vehicle fixed and in good condition to be back on the road. They are very helpful and they did not take advantage of the situation to charge more. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice Made repair quickly

The staff were really nice and got me in and out in a timely fashion. They were very thorough when they inspected my car. They showed me exactly what repairs my car needed and gave me a fair estimate. I’ll definitely be back.

I had to replace to wheel bearings and a acle and they got it done in a day thank you so much all employees involved<3

1 prior visit to this shop to fix an issue created by a “quick lube” shop brought me back. Went by after work to schedule an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. 2 service advisors were present. 1 named Robert on phone with a customer and the younger one greeted me. I asked about scheduling an oil change and he asked if I wanted to have it done now. I said yes, if you can. So he wrote up the service order. I asked him about their 5 Oil Change Package since we have multiple cars in our household. He kept trying to upsell me to their Full Synthetic Package that you can go longer (I think he said 7500 miles) between Oil Changes. It was $300 for the Synthetic for 5 Oil Changes. I told him that I just wanted their “Basic” Package for $100 for 5 Oil Changes since I’m okay with changing oil every 5000 miles. This is a great value! He went ahead and communicated that to the shop technician and left a short time later. Robert wound up helping me as work was completed and it was time to pay for the service. He did NOT try to upsell me and even gave me a discount as we talked about my prior visit. I told him that I’d been a Service Advisor several years ago. My rating of this shop would be 6 Stars for Robert (the manager) and 2 Stars for the other Advisor who didn’t want to listen to what I wanted at first=4 Stars average. I’ll be back and will hopefully deal with Robert next time.
