SCAMER ALERT! saw a woman and saw dollar signs! wife took car to see why it was making noise. was told the oil pan was cracked and dented ($900 repair) i asked her to tell the mechanic to take a photo of the damage for me to see as i was on my way. was told no "its too hard to see and i dont want to put it back on the lift unless im going to work on it. took it home. no cracks or dents in sight. ALWAYS ASK TO SEE THE BROKEN/DAMAGED PART ON YOUR CAR! P.S. don't reply saying the regional manager is going to contact me. thats just copy paste b.s. This is a review for customers, not your shady workers

The service was great. The staff were nice, the response time was great, good communication and worked quickly. After leaving, I looked at my receipt and I was charged for services that were not performed. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but the amount ($200+) was not inconsequential.

$500 minimum charge for A/C service at First Choice Automotive... Took my vehicle to another shop and they were able to diagnose a small leak within the system and recharge the coolant for $128.06. First Choice replaced the turbo charger in my vehicle about 6 months ago, and now I'm wondering if I had been taken for a ride... Update: Response to review from owner stated Region Manager would be contacting me to discuss the negative experience but there was never any follow through.

I stopped in while I was in town for a visit and had my engine cover dragging under my car. Robert was extremely helpful and took care of the issue quickly and didn’t even charge me for the fix. I couldn’t recommend their services and any higher.

Great people to work with. Good service and reasonable charges ... in and out with no delays and unwanted conversation. Stressless transaction and happy to be back the next time :)
