Brittany and her team were terrific! Will definitely use them again.

First off, do not come here if you want a diagnostic! It’s $200+ for them to look at it when Christian Bro’s is a 8 minute drive away and they’ll only charge you for the time. So if they think it’ll only take 30 minutes that’s what they’ll charge you for. Check engine light came on out of the blue and I lost power every now and then on the interstate so decided to stop here. $200 for them to go through the car and see what’s wrong with it. Told me I needed two new sensors, about $500 a piece and that I needed a whole new timing chain installed. $3,500 is what they wanted and they sure were eager for me to leave my truck in the bay so I didn’t harm it more and they can get to it first thing in the morning. I first told them yes and after a few minutes of driving my truck after replacing both sensors myself for less than $60 all together the engine light vanished and nothing is wrong with it since.

They not only got the front wheel bearing fixed on my car they DID NOT try to sell me on "other things" that could be wrong. They were pleasant, fair, and honest which is hard to find sometimes these days.

DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They have no interest in serving you, just how your wallet can serve them. (Any reviews written before about 6-7 months before this was written, are referring to the old shop that was in this building) I recently stopped by to get a oil change that I had paid for when it was first choice and they honored it. They were definitely nice and it is a pretty shop, but don’t fall for it. A simple oil change took over an hour which I was going to look past since it isn’t advertised as a fast place or anything. Right before they sent me home they told me that my front brakes were about to need to be replaced and that the front pads were lower than the back pads which would be typical. They told me it would be $1980 out the door for rotors and pads on all four corners. When I started asking questions I was hurried out the door. This is a ridiculous quote for this job anyway. A more reasonable price would be about $850. I decided to get a second opinion from the dealership I bought it from and they said that the back brakes were the only ones needing to be replaced, which is the opposite of what service street told me. The dealership is replacing them and putting me in a loaner on their own dime, so I know they are trustworthy because it is costing them money. This shop BLATANTLY LIED to me to try to milk as much money as they could out of me. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. Service street has absolutely ruined what used to be a great and convenient shop. I recommend you stay far away. This shop used to be a honest and fair establishment when it was first choice, but since the management change that happened a few months ago they are no longer trust worthy.
