First time visit, very friendly and welcoming, fast service and reasonable prices, I will use them again.

Nope! Not leaving my car with them. Didn't trust them. They price it based on what they think they can get out of you, not based on a set price per item. Took my car elsewhere for half of what they wanted.

Had a great experience with the Northshore location. I had a screw in my tire, they were able to patch it up for me in no time. I would definitely recommend Service Street!

Very attentive friendly helpful

The crew at my local Service Street location are great. I feel welcome when I'm there from the time I walk in through the wait and then at the end when all is done. They answer any questions I have and if I ask for a close up view, they make sure that happens. There's a mechanic at this location named Brent I believe. He's awesome! I trusted him to repair my youngest son's 1st truck. And he was outstanding! Explained all to me in detail with what he had done to the truck, took time to go back and check things out to make sure it all was correct, and then checked other things to make sure they didn't need any maintenance. All in all, finding this service center was a diamond in the rough. I have trusted them with all my vehicles and they haven't let me down in price comparison nor in customer service, which I am huge on. Thank you Service Street crew Maynardville highway location. A+
