Outstanding service, always. We have used them to service and repair several cars. Most recently we had them fix a dealer service department mistake. Very happy with the service and the cost.

What a great experience at this business. I was able to walk in without appointment and have my maintenance started within 10 minutes. The entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. You do not have to worry about being upsold on things you do not need ,highly recommended.

A/C stopped working on Infiniti QX60. The technician found that electrical connections were extremely loose on AC compressor. This was likely due to poor service on recent, 1 month ago, alternator replacement (A/C compressor is on the way to remove altetnator) at the PepBoys shop. Service Street shop performed problem detection honestly, resulting in relatively inexpensive fix. In addition, front desk is welcoming, listening and polite. The bottom line, we may trust people here and will not hesistste to drop our cars when needed.

The half star is for the confidence boost required to finish what I started with my car. Broke a heli-coil trying to set it and called these people for help. They were excited to work on it. Now I know why...charged me over $175 to look at my spark cylinder and tell me I needed a head replacement for $3000. Made sure to offer in-house financing for my 33 year old car. Took it home, bought the pliers I needed for $6 and fixed it in less than an hour. She's smooth as butter now. I expected a policy voiding a warranty for their work after I had worked on it, I didn't expect flat out lies.

Great service and very friendly

All the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience. All repairs were completed in the time frame quoted. Definitely my favorite place for car repairs and oil changes.
