My initial dealings with First Choice isnt something I would say was "pleasant." HOWEVER, Matt addressed the issue head on and didnt hide behind false promises. Matt and his team at the Northshore location conduct business with the utmost integrity. If you want a mechanic to deliver on what is promised and have the gumption to ensure that the job is done right, Matt and his staff, will do just that. They have set the standard for trustworthy craftsmanship and business. I cant say enough about the level of service you will get with Matt and his staff!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My girlfriend took her truck there for a simple oil change. While there they said that the water pump needed to be replaced. (it doesn't) Not only that they said the timing belt needed to be replaced. You can't even check the timing belt without removing the cover and various other parts. We know the timing belt was fine because it was just replaced at the dealership. This place is so obviously trying to take money from people by suggesting repairs that do not need to be done. WARNING THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO ROB YOU!
