Excellent Customer Service! First Choice fixed my Jeep the same day it broke down allowing me to get back to work ASAP. In addition, they were accurate and upfront with their estimates and even sent a technician to my car to help get it to the shop.

Very happy with there service , they won me over-I wouldn't go anywhere else-they also worked on my cl600 mercedes which had lot of issues -oil leaks ,water pump ,abc system -they quoted me pricing as they did repairs -very resonable-not parts changers like most specialty shops in the area -give them a try -you ll be surprised how different they are .

The team at First Choice Automotive is very helpful and friendly. I moved to TN recently and had been taking my cars to the respective dealers. The dealers lack any type of personal interaction and I felt like simply another number, whom they could make money from.
