1st Choice did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the A/C system in my Toyota Avalon. Very good customer service in providing rides following drop off and in delivering the repaired vehicle to my home.

The service was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It just seems that I was charged more than needed for the services that I was rendered.

It took over 2 hours for what should have been a 30 minute oil change. They had a problem getting a cabin air filter. it was an hour & a half before they said they were having a problem, than after 30 more minutes I said forget the filter, I needed to go.
