I had a low tire and they were able to fix it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They have no interest in serving you, just how your wallet can serve them. (Any reviews written before about 6-7 months before this was written, are referring to the old shop that was in this building) I recently stopped by to get a oil change that I had paid for when it was first choice and they honored it. They were definitely nice and it is a pretty shop, but don’t fall for it. A simple oil change took over an hour which I was going to look past since it isn’t advertised as a fast place or anything. Right before they sent me home they told me that my front brakes were about to need to be replaced and that the front pads were lower than the back pads which would be typical. They told me it would be $1980 out the door for rotors and pads on all four corners. When I started asking questions I was hurried out the door. This is a ridiculous quote for this job anyway. A more reasonable price would be about $850. I decided to get a second opinion from the dealership I bought it from and they said that the back brakes were the only ones needing to be replaced, which is the opposite of what service street told me. The dealership is replacing them and putting me in a loaner on their own dime, so I know they are trustworthy because it is costing them money. This shop BLATANTLY LIED to me to try to milk as much money as they could out of me. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. Service street has absolutely ruined what used to be a great and convenient shop. I recommend you stay far away. This shop used to be a honest and fair establishment when it was first choice, but since the management change that happened a few months ago they are no longer trust worthy.

Shaun was very helpful in explaining all of our costs before proceeding with our repairs. Our transmission had slipped and we lost power while driving 70mph up hill on hwy 81. They found two leaks and bad spark plugs. The repair was done in under 24 hours.

This is so bad and shame if someone take their car and you do something on their car which is not necessary and charge them . I toke my car there to fix the engine light on. But they charged me for something else which wasn’t necessary like smoke machine, changing multiple sensors, changing foul cap, changing wipers, they charged me almost 1000$. 300$ only for cleaning! That is no good

I hate leaving reviews, but I spent sooo much money to not get the job done the first time. This place is money hungry. I told them the problem with my van and they didn’t even give it a test drive to see for themselves also, but wanted me to bring it back to get it checked out then get charged to get it fixed When I already told them the problems from before. They seem like they didn’t want to do the job in the first place which I should’ve took as a sign. If you don’t know how do a transmission say it. I literally wasted 3k something for nothing. If you want transmission done right go to a transmission place or go to TRANSMISSION CORPORATION OF AMERICAN. These people do beautiful jobs. My car runs beautifully.

Very over priced when compared to other places. They did a good job, but wasn’t in a timely manner and very expensive.
