Great service and a strong, friendly, knowledgeable group of mechanics.

I have had great experiences at First Choice. They are respectful, kind, and trustworthy. They always keep me informed as to what is going on (sometimes even with picture messages of my car) and I really appreciate the ability to drop off my car and get a ride to work from their staff.

Good service at a reasonable price.

Over-priced. Although its location is convenient for folks who live near Northshore drive, a recent brake job cost 20%+ more than comparable shops in Knoxville. Buries hidden charges (shop supplies account for ~10%) to add to the overall cost. The vendor response - "we use OEM parts" doesn't justify the additional costs. (Dealerships are quite competitive too). Recommend checking prices with local auto shops before signing up for work. Their "free" coupons (for example "Free" air conditioning system check) is just to get you in the shop for the paid work. Had air conditioning system charged (including Freon and a part) at another shop 20% less than their diagnostic fee.

I was really impressed with the service and the fact that they didn’t try to sell anything else. We are fairly new to this area and we are glad to find a place that we can trust.
