I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Wayne and his associates at Service Street Auto Repair. We had just purchased a used car for our daughter, from a private individual. Within a week of driving it, the check engine light came on. She took the car to this location and unfortunately we found ourselves with nothing but a bad deal. My daughter was in tears and I live out of town...I felt so helpless. They treated my daughter with such compassion and care. They allowed us to leave the car there until it could be towed to a junk yard. I would highly recommend this business. Customer service is off the charts!

I recently visited your service center and, unfortunately, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered a cup of oil left in the motor area, which was rubbing against the belt of my truck and dangerously close to the radiator fan. This could have resulted in oil being thrown everywhere and causing further damage. Moreover, I personally know four other people who have had extremely negative experiences with Service Street. Given these issues, I have requested a refund and will not be returning to Service Street for future services. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it helps improve your service standards. Sincerely,

All staff members were very kind, helpful, and accommodating! I had to get in last minute to have my car looked at, they were able to do the repair same day which helped me a ton! They were transparent and did everything they could to give me a fair price. I appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I have taken our vehicles here for various reasons and have always had excellent service. They have always been able to work us in same day if needed and communication is impeccable. Just recently our blinker had gone out twice within a month of each other and BOTH times we pulled in, no appointment, and they fixed it right there for us, no charge, no questions, no hassle or fuss. They just took care of their customer! Greatly appreciate this awesome team!
