Friendly, professional, and reliable. With the price of new vehicles rising dramatically, we decided to keep our 21 yr old Suburu another 2 or 3 years, but it needed a lot of scheduled maintenance. We could only be without the car for a day, and Service Street agreed to complete all of the work in one day. They got it done, even a bit early, for the price quoted. Not much more that we could ask for.

I had oil changed last week with excellent service. Before a long trip a week later, I checked oil level, and because oil was so clean,a I couldn't read level properly. I mistakenly added a half quart,you and engine was overfull. Patrick said he'd look at it in the shop. They took care of the issue quickly, and alleviated my concern on my trip about blowing seals. That's what I call neighborhood customer service. You are lucky to have Patrick at the helm, he's no nonsense to get things done. Really.

The front end had a vibration. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as a worm CV joint. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
