Knoxville Auto Repair

Previously, I took my Honda Accord to First Choice-Northshore(FCN), for break/motor maintenance. FCN did a good job with the break/motor maintenance. In fact, FCN's work out-performed another shop. Therefore, as of approximately two months ago, my Jeep Cherokee needed a radiator hose replaced, and I decided to take the Jeep to FCN. However, after FCN's work on my Jeep, the Jeep motor fan had a loud clanging sound. I returned the Jeep to FCN, and they fixed the motor fan issue. Subsequently, after driving my Jeep I noticed a burst of foul air, smelling like radiator coolant, that entered the front cabin. This issue - random burst of coolant air into the cabin - continues.

I didn’t have a mechanic, but I drive past them everyday on my way to work. I took my car in to have it diagnosed and fixed. They were great. After they fixed it, they showed me all the old parts and explained what had broken. They were kind enough to answer all my questions and even gave me pointers (outside of general care and maintenance) on how to extend the engine life of my car. Patience and friendliness should be the norm for everyone. Thank you.

Great customer service. I drive almost an hour from Sevierville, TN to have both my wife's 2015 Lexus 350rx and my new 2018 Ford F-150 service at the Northshore location. When I lived in Lenoir City, TN the Farragut store was a closer drive. But, I must admit that the friendly staff at the Northshore location are my favorite!

I took my jeep here for repair, they figured out what was wrong and when they couldn’t do the job, they were nice enough to let me leave it there for a while while I figured out a plan to have it towed somewhere else. Super nice and honest folks!

These gentlemen were 200% helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. They quickly diagnosed the causes of several problems I was having, repaired them quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. They looked for ways to save me money and gave me all kinds of guidance about the many questions I asked. When I wasn't sure what parts I needed to order for other issues (like getting a new key easily and affordably), Chris (one of the managers; both were great!) found them online and emailed me the links. I'll go back to them the next time I need a repair and will recommend them to others.
