These guys were WONDERFUL, we may have been here most of the day but it started early with our truck not starting at the hotel. They came and tried to help there. No luck due to the truck and the extreme cold did not help. They helped us get a tow truck and helped get it out of the parking garage so the tow truck would even pick us up. Then once we arrived at the shop we were starving from a long morning of dealing with a non-running vehicle and they gave us a ride to get food. Being so far from home we could not of felt more like we were treated like family. And they did any discounts they could to make the price fair to top it off. Extremely nice guys. All of them

I needed a part replacement. The initial replacement had an issue through no fault of First Choice Automotive. They replaced the part fully covered under warranty. And triple-checked to make sure we wouldn't have the issue we have the first time. They did so with integrity and ethics, which is frankly all that matters in this day and age.
