I recently turned on my car heater and found that the blower was vibrating so loudly that I had to turn it off. First Choice determined that the blower and housing cage were badly damaged and had to be replaced. Two weeks later I used the heater again for the first time since the repair and found that the vibration was back - even louder than before. I must admit that I was upset thinking that the repair had not been done properly and I took the vehicle back with my complaint. The happy ending to this story is that the technicians found that a chipmunk had nested inside the new fan housing and showed me the accumulation of leaves and moss that had been stuffed in. They cautioned that my running the heater with the debris inside the blower could have damaged the new blower and might have to be replaced again. Fortunately, the technician was able to clean out the debris (including 4 chipmunk babies) and get the blower working fine again. I'm sure this is something that they don't encounter every day, but they worked on it happily for at least 45 minutes and did not charge me for their efforts. Their attitude was so accommodating and friendly that I have decided to take all my auto business there. Thank you First Choice!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’ve used them with multiple vehicles for years and fully trust them to not only do the work right, but to not oversell me on services I don’t need. If you’re looking for a reliable shop with good, trustworthy people, First Choice is it.

Very very friendly. Quick and extremely reasonable (tire service)! However, called for some quotes on basic services and they said they couldn't without seeing the car.

Thank you Jeremy!
