It's rare that you can walk into an auto shop nowadays and have something that takes 5 to 10 minutes done without a wait. I have to say I was impressed. I stopped in with something in a tire and was able to get it plugged immediately and back on the road. I own a landscape company and time is truly money especially when you're down. I own a dually and it's lifted has custom rooms and tires as you can imagine a lot of shops won't mess with it at all for various things and others view it as it's time-consuming and they don't want to touch it. I walked in got the tire plugged and was able to get back of my vehicle and leave and 10 to 15 minutes. I know that's probably not the case everyday and some businesses are busy but to have a great service like that and to be able to know that they are right around several of our job sites is valuable to us. Thanks guys for what you did and not having us wait for something so simple truly appreciate you being there

Long story. I wanted to make sure all was fine with my vehicle, running grear before I posted this.) To start off, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone at all, look elsewhere for an honest, knowledgeable place to take your vehicles. I went to this shop after a promotion for an oil change came in the mail, it went fine. The invoice said I declined filter replacements, which was true I do those routinely on all my vehicles, but also it said I declined basic inspection and fluid top offs etc which I didn’t. One week later, my car started to make a rumbling sound and the check engine light came on. I immediately got home and scheduled a diagnostic appointment. Here is where all the additional red flags went off. I looked up the problem beforehand and wanted to confirm it was spark plugs and coils misfiring on me. They said if that’s the problem they can take care of it and have all the parts but they will do a full diagnostic work up first. After I dropped my car off around noon, they got my number and said they would call me back after they checked out my car. Didn’t hear from them at all, I called around 5 pm and they said 1. that my engine wouldn’t even turn over for them. 2. They couldn’t get any diagnostic codes 3. That I would be looking at a new engine and quoted me $10,000 for repairs and labor. I said I couldn’t afford that and I’d come get my car. It started up just fine but obviously still had the rattle. I immediately drove it to the closest autozone and they were able to get the diagnostic codes I was asking for. I ordered factory coils and bought new spark plugs. Exchanged them all myself and the car is running better than when I got it. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone … ever … no matter how good the oil change promo is. Beware.

I towed my vehicle to service street north shore it wouldn't shift anyway they told me it was going to cost $6500.00 to fix it. I don't know how they can call this guy they had look at my car a transmission specialist because my transmission was rebuilt a year ago and I'm not sure he even looked at it! I brought the car home and ordered a $12.00 part from Amazon and didn't even have to turn a wrench. Do you believe these guys? They advertise how honest they are. Yeah they are crooked thieves they tried. $6488.00 that's absurd they should be charged with a crime PEOPLE DONT GO THERE THEY WILL ROB YOU

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience and we are sorry to hear it wasn't to your satisfaction. Thank you for your feedback and the information in regards to this matter.

At first the service wasn’t bad, might have recommended them but the second time I had to take my car in was HORRIBLE. Patrick had the worst costumer service when I asked him about a charge. Then when I picked up my car I had a feeling I should have audio recording and I was correct to do so. RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After about 3 weeks of me calling and them saying I would be my refund back I finally got it on week 4. I could go on and on about this place but over all a terrible experience!

Came in for a $15 dollar oil change and ended up paying over $700. It is what it is.

I used this business to get my oil changed a few days ago and they did an excellent job. I was in and out quickly. They used factory recommended oil and i liked that. They checked all my fluid levels, belts and replaced a blown out bulb for me. My son has a diesel also, so I’m gonna recommend them to him. Last but certainly not least, all the employees were very knowledgeable and very friendly. And another plus is, the girls that work up front, they are really easy on the eyes.
