I towed my vehicle to service street north shore it wouldn't shift anyway they told me it was going to cost $6500.00 to fix it. I don't know how they can call this guy they had look at my car a transmission specialist because my transmission was rebuilt a year ago and I'm not sure he even looked at it! I brought the car home and ordered a $12.00 part from Amazon and didn't even have to turn a wrench. Do you believe these guys? They advertise how honest they are. Yeah they are crooked thieves they tried. $6488.00 that's absurd they should be charged with a crime PEOPLE DONT GO THERE THEY WILL ROB YOU

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience and we are sorry to hear it wasn't to your satisfaction. Thank you for your feedback and the information in regards to this matter.

At first the service wasn’t bad, might have recommended them but the second time I had to take my car in was HORRIBLE. Patrick had the worst costumer service when I asked him about a charge. Then when I picked up my car I had a feeling I should have audio recording and I was correct to do so. RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After about 3 weeks of me calling and them saying I would be my refund back I finally got it on week 4. I could go on and on about this place but over all a terrible experience!

Came in for a $15 dollar oil change and ended up paying over $700. It is what it is.

I used this business to get my oil changed a few days ago and they did an excellent job. I was in and out quickly. They used factory recommended oil and i liked that. They checked all my fluid levels, belts and replaced a blown out bulb for me. My son has a diesel also, so I’m gonna recommend them to him. Last but certainly not least, all the employees were very knowledgeable and very friendly. And another plus is, the girls that work up front, they are really easy on the eyes.

Excellent customer service and they fixed my car in record time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from the entire shop! My check engine light came on while I was visiting Tennessee over a long weekend. I drive a Land Rover and they are not easy to service. This shop not only did a great job with the repair, they were very fast at getting the replacement parts. Everyone there was extremely nice. They paid for a Lyft from their shop back to where I was staying and they kept me informed with updates on the repairs of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Really disappointed today. We purchased the 5 oil change bundle. When my wife went in to drop her car off the guy at the front told her this would be her last oil change in the 5 pack. When she came back outside and told me I went back inside and said that is impossible. I asked for the history of the visits. Another helpful lady looked them up for me. Turns out this was only our THIRD use of the package. I figured once the ownership changed this would happen. I actually mentioned it to my wife that I expected them to try this. Very frustrating. The guy that told my wife this was her last never said a word about it or apologized. Just acted like nothing was wrong, then proceeded to do a typical sales tactic to try and do something else for the vehicle. At this point I would rather get a refund for the oil changes I have left and go somewhere else. They ALWAYS try to do something else to the vehicle when we take it in for a change. I don’t even trust that they do what they say after the way we were treated today.

I dislike posting this but the time has finally come to do so. Stay far away from Service Street Auto Repair company. They solicited me for a "much needed routine maintenance service" which ultiimately wasn't even needed and then unbeknownst to me until a few months later, i discovered they had botched this routine service! This cost me several hundred dollars to remedy. They agreed to reimburse me 1/3 of the repair cost but now 3 months later and many phone calls by me, have not yet reimbursed me for anything. This company's staff is very adept at playing dumb, passing the responsibility for even simple phone calls to someone else and upper management decision makers make promises they have no intention of keeping. But, wheel in there for an oil change and they're more than happy to upsell you "much needed routine maintenance services" your car most likely doesn't even need.

These guys are great! I can't speak for the automotive repair services although I've heard great things from neighbors! They saved my butt! I was doing some minor DIY maintenance and dropped a nut in the engine bay. Looked and looked but no luck. Toyota wanted to order me one but that would have left me without a car for a few days and said they would not have any spares laying around (hard to believe...). I stopped by here just to see if they had any spares that would fit. They spent a good 10 or more minutes looking and found the exact one I needed. I tried to pay them but they refused. Super nice people! So glad to have them right down the street. I'll definitely be going here for future auto work. Thanks!
