I live within walking distance of a FirstChoice Automotive center, so using them for routine auto maintenance such as oil and filter changes is a no-brainer. They are courteous, fast, and their prices are reasonable for the products and services I have used. Like ALL automotive dealers and automotive service businesses, they will do a free maintenance inspection and try to "upsell" services that a do-it-yourselfer probably doesn't need. However, they do not continue to pressure you into buying if you politely explain that you are not interested. (My automobile dealer is so aggressive at trying to "upsell" that I dread taking my car in for anything — even warranty work.)

I HAVE had work done on two different vehicles at the north shore location.it's my favorite Auto shop.prices,cleaness and friendly atmosphere are outstanding.

First Choice on Northshore let me know about my brakes needing work a few months prior to me returning for another oil change. Luckily, I had them do the recommended brake work this time before my pads were too worn. They were fast, courteous and dropped me off at home while the repairs were completed. They continue to win my business.

Was most impressed by the service and care by all the gentlemen there. I wish I had learned the name of the one that went out of his way to help me even when they were so busy. Worked me in even though it was such a small job. Will definitely return.
