Edward and Anne both were professional and kind to me, letting me know what was happening to my car at any time of the day. Billy was the mechanic who worked on my car he was up front about what was happening and would let me know if there was anything else that would have to be replaced. All of the staff at the northshore location was respectful and friendly to their costumers.

I had been to two other places and the earliest fix was 8 days. I was delighted to be able to get a lift home. Anne, and the owner were very helpful. I would recommend this business to any of my friends without hesitation.

I have been a customer here since this shop on North shore opened. Ann was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable when dropping off my car. She also quoted me for tires without pressuring to buy now. It made me feel respected. I had a bit so great experience with a previous manager where I did feel pressure and I changed locations. Just so happened that the owner was there and he gave me a great deal as an apology for that previous experience. I’m a customer that gives second chances as long as the vendor makes things right. I’m glad I did because my car runs great and I have a great experience with first choice auto.

I have found my new go to place. First choice doesn’t take in a ton of cars and try to push you out the door with a band-aid. First choice really went above and beyond. They diagnosed what was causing a leak in my car, and they took great care of my vehicle. They also put my belongings in a box, instead of throwing my throwing my stuff all over the place.
