We’ve brought our two cars here over the past three years. Each person has treated us pleasantly on our visits. They take an approach of consulting us so we can make informed decisions. When our SUV blew an engine rod, First Choice consulted us to talk to the local Kia dealer. Kia decided to replace our engine at Kia’s expense. We would have never thought of going to the dealer. First Choice, instead of trying to maximize their income in our situation, chose to advise us on what they personally would do. On another visit, they did extra work at no expense to us as a courtesy. We were blown away at how they saved us money. We recommend that you go in, explain your problem, ask questions, and listen to what they say. We plan to keep coming back for our maintenance needs!

I had the oil changed and it was completed in 30 minutes!

Angela was very nice and professional from the moment I called to see if they had time to change my oil. When I got there, they took my car right back and had me out the door in no time!!!! Friendly and affordable! Highly recommended!!!

I went there for an oil change. The service manager told me that there was something making a noise in my back brakes. I asked how much to check it out and he said $79. I thought that was too much just to check something to tell me what was wrong, if anything. Then it would have cost more to repair.

i cannot recommend them enough. they were straightforward, charged me fairly, and showed me exactly what I needed to do and where the issue was with my truck. ladies, especially, i recommend coming to first choice with your car problems or maintenance, because Rick will make sure you get exactly what you need!!
