Friendly and professional employees. They got my car in quickly and diagnosed my problem. Repair was done and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will recommend them to my friends.

I was in for an oil change. Fast and transparent about the work. I was provided with recommendations for near-term maintenance needs. I wish that fluid checks and top-offs were part of the routine. I was low on coolant and windshield washer solution.

I tried First Choice, because I am new to the area and they sent me a flyer in the mail. I need to find a shop I can trust, like I had in Michigan. They offered a 18 point inspection for FREE. I wanted to status a new to me car I bought, and start a routine maintenance program with a local shop. They could have told me I needed a bunch of stuff that I didn't need, but they didn't. Two other customers that I met in the waiting room spoke highly of this shop. One of them was prepared to pay for a several hundred dollar repair, and they told him he only had a lose wire, no charge! That is an honest shop! It's a clean, professionally run shop.
