I had ring and pinion work done here back in January of 2023 on my Jeep after having a shade tree mechanic ruin my differential and rear axle. They replaced everything and it was quite a hefty bill, however, when the ring and pinion started making noise I took it back and they discovered it was installed incorrectly. They stood by their warranty and fixed it free of charge. Just recently the left rear axle seal started leaking. They discovered sand had gotten in it (from my beach trip this past summer) and, again, fixed it under warranty. They stand by their work, that's for sure. Thank you Michael and the rest of the team at Service Street on South Northshore.

Always great service

The wifi was not working. When I wait at a service location I use wifi with my computer to occupy the time. I will find a service location with dependable wifi for future repairs.

I get taken care of everytime I set foot in here. Staff is great, manager, Brittany, sets a high standard. Ive gotten tires balanced, oil changes, radiators replaced and much more. Any errors are corrected no hassle.
