This place went from trust worthy people to money hungry people! Its just another shop that will take full Avenge of a girl and rip her off! I will no longer come here for repairs or oil changes! In the end it’s my fault. I should have never stop going to Mr. Cool (Knoxville mechanic shop) First choice should never be anyone’s first choice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to NO one!!!

Edward and Anne both were professional and kind to me, letting me know what was happening to my car at any time of the day. Billy was the mechanic who worked on my car he was up front about what was happening and would let me know if there was anything else that would have to be replaced. All of the staff at the northshore location was respectful and friendly to their costumers.

I have been a customer here since this shop on North shore opened. Ann was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable when dropping off my car. She also quoted me for tires without pressuring to buy now. It made me feel respected. I had a bit so great experience with a previous manager where I did feel pressure and I changed locations. Just so happened that the owner was there and he gave me a great deal as an apology for that previous experience. I’m a customer that gives second chances as long as the vendor makes things right. I’m glad I did because my car runs great and I have a great experience with first choice auto.

I have found my new go to place. First choice doesn’t take in a ton of cars and try to push you out the door with a band-aid. First choice really went above and beyond. They diagnosed what was causing a leak in my car, and they took great care of my vehicle. They also put my belongings in a box, instead of throwing my throwing my stuff all over the place. Thank you!

Always been treated extremely well. Super friendly, very quick with diagnostics, upfront about repairs... always have great advice and make sure I understand the repair before moving forward.
