First Choice Automotive offers, by far, the best car care I have ever received. They are polite, helpful, and have no problem sitting down and explaining issues without condescending. At no point do you feel hassled or tricked into buying something you don't understand - they're great at helping prioritize issues so you can find the right balance between what HAS to be changed immediately and what you can afford to take on. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service which is a major lifesaver when repairs are unexpectedly extended. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Took good care of my car and it works great.

Although I called early in the morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change, when I arrived, my name had not been entered into the schedule, nor did any of the personal information I was asked for over the telephone. Therefore, I waited over an hour for the oil change. I thought that this did not reflect well on the customer service level, which I feel is very important.. The man at the desk was friendly, and my oil change seemed to go well also.

Competent techs.....Alignment work done on a Mercedes, fast, accurate, and priced just right....A+

Every experience at 1st Choice is pleasant. Sometimes I spend more than I would like, but it's cheaper than going to a dealership.
