6/13/2016Used the Farragut location for the first time. Wayne was outstanding. They provided a courtesy drive home after drop off and picked me up after service was completed. He kept me notified after initial inspection and was prompt with notifying me of completion of repair. Extremely professional. I had brakes replaced. Mechanics know what they're doing. Very happy. Thank you. Would recommend.

I came in with a problem that 3 other places couldn't figure out what was causing it (including a dealership). the team at first choice worked above and beyond and is still willing to help me as the problem is very unpredictable. Great customer service!
