Again, I received service above and beyond what I expected. My car was fixed as i was told. I was driven home by an employee when I brought the car in and my car was brought to me so I could return to the shop. I was sick and the email liters were very kind be to me.

I was very pleased with the service I got at First Choice on Northshore. I recently moved to Knoxville and needed an oil change but also need to find a reputable, trust worthy auto mechanic shop so I sort of used this as a test. The price of the oil change was very reasonable compared to other local "Jiffy Lube" type stores that I checked out. That is what first attracted me. Then I made an appointment, they took my car in right away while I waited and performed the oil change. They also notified me that my rear brakes are going to need work in the near future and did not try to sell me with HIGH PRESSURE like some shops do to make more money. I told them I will definitely come back to have my brakes done soon because I feel that they were honest with me. I would recommend them to friends for sure.

I am very pleased with the service I received at the Northshore store. The guys there treat me with respect and they do not try to push me into having more services done. They let me know what needs to be done next but they are not pushy. I am a customer for life. Thanks to all the guys that worked on my car!!!

I bought a used truck and it needed a LOT of work. My old mechanic was really overloaded and slow to turn work around, so I needed to find a new shop that could do the work correctly the first time and at a fair price and have it done quickly. 1st Choice opened a new shop near my work and I decided to try them out. They have exceeded my expectations and have always managed to squeeze me in, no matter how busy. They have been honest with me, offered different options for repair choices and I also like that they test drive the vehicle before clearing it for pick up. This last time they got a bad replacement part they discovered during the test drive and had to re-do the work to make it right. While it took a bit longer, I did not mind at all as they made sure all of the repairs were 100% fixed before I picked up the truck. I feel like I receive a good value for the repairs and I am very pleased with the work they have performed on my vehicle. I highly recommend 1st Choice.
