Great customer service! I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and spending $100 @ First Choice Northshore saved me from making a $10,000 mistake.

Ralphs Automotive fixed our rear differential it drives like new again. He had told us when we brought it in that he might not get all the whining noise fixed but he was able to make it sound just like it is supposed to (very happy customer). He had it fixed when he told us it would be fixed. He charged what he told us it would cost (no extra charges). Was very happy with the service and would use them again.
