Great job. My battery died and they offered to come to me to jump start the car and bring it in for repair. However I was able to get a little charge on the battery overnight and was able to get it into the shop in the morning and before lunch I was on the road again with a brand new battery replaced at no charge. I use to hate that pro rated pricing warranty but this was a total warranty and I am a happy camper. Thanks First Choice.

This was the 2nd time we had gone to First Choice. They were very accommodating, and very professional. They explained the problem in detail. I have always taken my van to the dealership, but they were more convenient and less expensive. They also offer package discounts. I highly recommend them.

Once again the Farragut store service was outstanding. Parts for my 86 Corvette are hard to come by. Needing 2 differential yokes Andrew combed the internet, local part suppliers and catalogs only to find someone to who was capable to rebuild my original units. Johnny did all the hands on work and even advised on other work that improved the performance and value of the car. Also Johnny drove me home and listened to my concerns about the handling of the Vette. Andrew was in constant contact updating all information during the parts search and repair procedure. Job was done fine. Don't believe car was test driven after work was done . Had a little problem but different mechanic fixed it the next day. People are great to work with and I don't believe I've cleaner facility.
