I had only one negative to mentioned, and I made the owner totally aware of the substandard service I had at First Choice. The owner showed sincere interest and was willing to correct the problem. The worst thing that happened in the whole matter was that one bolt that secures the air-cleaner was obviously over tightened and broke. They left my entire air housing loose; the retainer screws and one clamp was left out..
