I had only one negative to mentioned, and I made the owner totally aware of the substandard service I had at First Choice. The owner showed sincere interest and was willing to correct the problem. The worst thing that happened in the whole matter was that one bolt that secures the air-cleaner was obviously over tightened and broke. They left my entire air housing loose; the retainer screws and one clamp was left out..

I apprecate the honest and integrity of First Choice Automotive. The rates are reasonable and affordable. I like how , even though they are performing a simple task such as changing the oil, they are always on the lookout for future problems. I like being advised of these problems and the severity so that enables me to budget my finances in order to get the work done. Jeff in Farragut is wonderful about giving me the information I need in order to make a decision. He explains the problems with my vehicle in simple terms that I can understand.
